(B) FRIAND RECIPE

I discovered friands when I was in Sydney. I feel in love with them and begged a local baker for there recipe. I have never found a better recipe than this one and have been making the same recipe ever since.

 Perfect sweet treat to have with a cuppa.

Also gluten free if you replace the flour with gluten free flour. The almond meal/ ground almond makes these have the most wonderful texter. Enjoy!
